Poster Presentation Guideline

Poster Exhibition Schedule

  • Poster presenters will give their presentations during the assigned date and time in front of their respective posters, starting at the designated times. The remaining time will be allocated for questions and answers.
  • Poster exhibition dates differ by group. Each presenting author will be notified individually via email.
  • All presenters are requested to mount/remove posters according to the schedule below

* Featured Posters will be displayed on May 8 (Fri) and May 9 (Sat).

  • Presenters are responsible for the installation and removal of their posters.
  • Any poster remaining after the designated time will be removed without prior notice.
  • Adhesive tape will be provided on site.

Guideline on Preparing Your Poster Exhibition

  • The aim of this guideline is to support presenting authors in preparing their poster Exhibition.
  • Please note that it is the responsibility of the presenting author to print/supply his/her poster for display and bring it to the congress.
Poster Exhibition Venue:
  • All posters will be on display in Grand Hall Lobby & Foyer (B1).
Poster Boards:
  • Posters must be mounted on the assigned poster board that carries your unique poster number. (Your unique poster number will be announced later.)
Poster Dimensions:
  • Panel: 95 cm (W) x 200 cm (H)
  • Recommended Poster Size: 80 cm (W) x 100 cm (H)
  • Maximum Size: 90 cm (W) x 135 cm (H)
  • Posters should be in PORTRAIT orientation.
  • The abstract title, author's name(s), and institution(s) should appear at the top of the poster.
